A US infantryman has been charged with attack after allegedly waterboarding his four-year-old daughter, military in the state of Washington have said.
Sgt Joshua Tabor dunked the girl’s conduct in a penetrate full of H2O for not reciting the alphabet, military in the locale of Yelm said.
